Weingrill is pleased to announce a new step in its development path: OEM International has acquired a majority stake in Weingrill srl, marking the company’s entry into a large European industrial group.
OEM International is one of Europe’s leading technology trading companies, with 38 operating units in 16 countries. The group specializes in the distribution of components and systems from leading suppliers, serving selected markets across Europe through a strong local market organization and an efficient logistics network.
For Weingrill, becoming part of the OEM International group represents an opportunity to continue its growth.
